2021 RESCUE REUNION
Reunited and it feels so good! This year's Rescue Reunion will once again be in-person, but will take place over the course of the month of June. Each Saturday, different rescue partners will be visiting the shelter to meet with adopters who's pets lives they have saved. And you can meet them! If you see your pet's rescue group listed below, stay tuned to purchase a ticket to save your spot to visit. Tickets will be capped to accommodate parking and visiting at the shelter. If your pet's rescue group is unable to attend, you can join us on our Rescue Reunion Facebook group once again (see below for highlights of last year's virtual reunion). We hope to see you!
All ticket sales benefit Cape Ann Animal Aid's Safe Harbor Fund, transporting hundreds of homeless cats and dogs to 4 Paws Lane each year from areas with high homeless animal populations.

Daisy's adopters were able to connect with Chance's Dog Rescue and Relocation, our rescue partner who brought Daisy (then Zoey) to CAAA. We were able to share photos from Texas, prior to her arrival, photos of Daisy and her puppies at CAAA, and see an update on how she is doing today!
One of our biggest connections was with this stunning litter from Texas! 5 out of 8 adopters were able to find each other through our Rescue Reunion Facebook group! Chance's was also able to share this photo of the whole litter the day they were dumped in Texas, shedding more light on their story.

We were able to share so many baby photos with our adopters! Many dogs and cats were adopted as tiny kittens and puppies, and it was not only amazing to see the transformations for us, but heartwarming for adopters to see the photos of their pets that they fell in love with prior to their adoption!
Another fun connection was Picasso finding his sister Stella! Their mom Holly (top left photo) gave birth to some pups who grew up to look quite different! Picasso's adopter shared some info on the pups' breed test!
