Please help us celebrate stories of love and adoption in a year without the Winter Ball. Benefitting homeless animals.

Every year, our annual Winter Ball, hosted in February, raises much needed funds to support the programs and services that help Cape Ann Animal Aid rescue, care for and ultimately find homes for animals in need. Little did we know, just days after our 2020 event, that our community would soon be facing a pandemic that would bound us to our homes, reducing human interaction. Like no other time in our recent history have we felt the importance of companionship. Because it's widely understood that our four-legged friends can reduce stress and loneliness, CAAA was been working hard to help individuals and animals find love and companionship through adoption to help our community heal in a difficult year.

With in-person gatherings still limited, we are not able to host our annual Winter Ball this year, which is our largest fundraising event. However, we are committed to raising these crucial funds with Winter Ball presents Tails of Summer Love. To reach our goal for 2021, we are sharing the wonderful stories of love, companionship and adoption that occurred in 2020 and asking our community of supporters to help us raise the needed funds that will allow us to continue our life-saving work.

$75 will feed 2 cats and 2 dogs for a month. Equivalent to the price of purchasing a Winter Ball ticket.
$150 will help spay 1 cat and neuter 1 dog. Equivalent to the price of a ticket for you and your companion.
$250 will provide heartworm treatments for 1 dog. Equivalent to the price of attendance and raffles.
$500 will provide parvo treatments for 1 puppy. Equivalent to the price of attendance and an auction item.
$1000 will transport up to 5 homeless dogs & 8 cats to CAAA. Equivalent to the price of sponsoring a table.

Host a small fundraiser on behalf of homeless animals. As warmer weather approaches this summer and the hope of gathering safely increases, we are reaching out to our dedicated supporters to host small fundraisers with friends and family. This could be a dinner party, pool party, poker night, online games or any event of your choosing to raise money for animals in need.
